Refund and Assignment

Lifeguardmatrimony.com member shall not assign or transfer your Lifeguardmatrimony.com membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions . The payments made by any Lifeguardmatrimony.com members by way of membership/renewal fee/auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.

Made of Payment

Lifeguardmatrimony.com uses third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit cards or other payment instruments. Payment made by cash / cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ PayPal/ RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid Lifeguardmatrimony.com service shall be subject to the realization of the said payment. In case of dishonor of Cheque/demand draft; you shall be liable to pay applicable bank`s cheque/DD bouncing charges. Further Lifeguardmatrimony.com service to your account will be deactivated/suspended until you settle the value of the payment and applicable bank charges in cash.

You understand and agree that any uploading or posting will be at your sole risk and Lifeguardmatrimony.com shall not be responsible to you (or to others) in any way. Termination

Lifeguardmatrimony.com reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone. Lifeguardmatrimony.com may terminate your membership and any and all information, communications or postings, at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates this Agreement. Lifeguardmatrimony.com can terminate your membership without any notice for conduct that violates this agreement. If we find duplicate profiles then we have the right to suspend any of the profile or all of the profile. d) Any unethical messages, telephonic calls or any other such misbehavior by a Lifeguardmatrimony.com registered candidates or by their families to a fellow registered candidates or to their family will lead immediate termination of their profiles without any prior information.
